i like the changes as proposed in missing the innings limit, but there should be "under peer review" and not automatic.. There should always be a common sense bail out. You could have an owner skipping the 35 innings rule, but you can also have an owner in a nearly impossible situation. I dont have a problem with commishes making a call here. Either you trust the guys in charge, or you don't. That's a great idea Stephen. While Fantrax doesn't have a way to enforce this automatically while still having a 'peer review' option, we could still work around this. If an owner is clearly in an impossible situation and is trying extremely hard to find SP via trade or free agency to meet the IP limit and falls just short, we will of course take that into consideration. If that situation arises, I'm imagining that the owner it's happening to would know well before the last day of the matchup that he's going to be under the 35 IP limit, or it will be close. IF that happens and the owner lets us know prior to the last Sunday of the matchup, Mat or I can disable that option in Fantrax for that given week. Does that make sense?

HMMMMMMMMMMMMM - paying fines and possibly getting kicked out of the playoffs, or losing two categories and still have a chance of winning the week....decision, decisions. I think losing the two categories is the better option, for all the reasons mentioned above.
