Then fire away.. like I wrote, the dodgers don't have any real franchise minors.. I dont think franchise minors will really apply because all these players havent played 30 games in minors previous season. But lets get it on!!

Yeah these guys won't be available to be claimed as franchise free agents right off the bat. Same goes with the rookie draft. Not sure how long the window is but it should be at least a week or two.

Will it be opened or was it informally opened at midnight? If it needs to be opened, ignore the post just started for Luis Robert.

No worries Dbacks, just leave it open without making any changes. It'll be fine.

Cubs, you just went over your cap amount... you cannot at anytime have more in outstanding winning bids then what you have in cap..

12. If your high bids take you over your Salary Cap, you will be assessed one of the following penalties:
1st Offense: 24-hour ban from bidding or claims, and a $250,000 fine 2nd Offense: 48-hour ban from bidding and claims, and a $500,000 fine 3rd Offense: 72-hour ban from bidding and claims, and a $1,000,000 fine PLUS an automatic ownership review by the 3 Commissioners
13. If a GM overbids, the 48 HR clock restarts on all bids in which that GM was the highest bidder. Only the bid that pushed the GM over the cap and subsequent bids while over the cap will be deleted. The 2nd highest bidder can accept his bid as the top bid. If that GM no longer wants the bid, it would go to the 3rd highest and down the line. However, if another GM makes a counter bid with a value higher than the 2nd highest bid, the player's bidding would restart with the new counter offer.

But if I'm wrong on that then my mistake...I have been outbid on morejon...So I am now under cap...and will not bid on him further until trades are processed

I'm pretty sure that the cap space is not affected until the trades have completed.. For one, there is no way for anyone to track how much cap a team has without the trades being completed.. Secondly, there is a "chance" the trades are rejected, (even though they won't be).
