didn't sign Nate Jones in the 2-day-window.. since the 48hr window is over, he's now available to be bid on again and the Rockies will incur a $1m penalty for not signing the FA

Brian Anderson is promoted to the active roster.

Drew Pomeranz, Ervin Santanna and Danny Salazar are all moved to the DL
Ryan Tepera, Nick Goody and Zach Mcallister are all moved from the reserve roster to the active roster.

Cam Bedrosian is optioned to the reserve roster and will use his 2018 option

Pomeranz is activated from the DL and Brandon Woodruff is moved from the active roster to the reserve roster. Woodruff is on a minors-1, so no option will be used.
