The Rays sign Fernando Romero, P MIN, to a 1-MINORS $400k(1Yr) ARB(-) OPT(*)contract and promotes him to the Hurlers roster.
To make room, the Rays put Alex Cobb, SP BAL, $1M(4Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(3)* and Brandon Finnegan, SP CIN, $1M(4Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(2)* to the Reserves.

The Royals trade Kyle Barraclough, RP MIA, $400k(5Yrs) ARB('20'21'22) OPT(2)* to the Rays.
The Rays place Barraclough on the Hurlers Roster and move Chaz Roe to the Bench.
