Boston will pay all remaining $$ on waived players this year if not claimed.

After looking into this more, I can't figure out Ben Paulsen... in Fantrax, it shows him as having a $1 mil (5 yrs) ARB(-) OPT(1*) contract, but I don't see any past post promoting him to a minors roster. Plus, if he had been promoted to a minors roster at any point in the past, he wouldn't be on a contract like that... is he supposed to still be a prospect??
