Luis Cessa NYY $400,000 Arb '20, '21, '22
Jacob Rhame NYM $400,000 Arb '20, '21, '22
Andrew Toles LAD $400,000 Arb '20, '21, '22
Each player will be a $400,000 cap ht for 2019- and Dodgers will pay nothing else..( declined arb options)
