Bailey Falter promoted from minors to reserve roster and assigned a Minors-1 deal. Bryant Packard, OF DET is released. Packard is on a $400k 6yr ARB ('24-'26) OPT 3* deal, Rockies are responsible for 1.2M and will buy out the contract.
Angel Zerpa, SP KC is signed to a 6yr MiLB deal with a 4.5M signing bonus.
