In a corresponding move, the A's waive 2B,SS Luis Santana HOU on his 3-year minors deal to make room for Heliot Ramos

A's sign RP Chad Green OPT(4) ARB (-) for 4 years at $800k per year and place on active reserves roster.
Green meets the criteria for options since he has not reached the 250 game or 750 IP threshold.
In a corresponding move, the A's have waived RP Dillon Maples CHC from his minors contract.
