The Rays sign Brandon Hughes, RP CHC, to a $400k(6Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(4) contract and place him on the Hurlers roster.
To make room, the Rays move Jose Ruiz, RP CHW, to the Reserves (he has already used this year's option).
The Rays sign Johan Oviedo, P PIT, to a $400k(5Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(4) contract and place him on the Hurlers roster.
To make room, the Rays move Drew Hutchinson, P DET, to the Reserves, using an option for this year, making his OPT(3)*.
