The Padres trade:

2) J.P. Sears, P OAK, $400k(6Yrs) ARB('27,'28,'29) OPT(4)
3) Tyler Nevin, 3B DET, $400k(5Yrs) ARB('26,'27,'28) OPT(3)
4) Jared Oliva, OF PIT, $400k(4Yrs) ARB('25,'26,'27) OPT(1)*
The Rays trade:
1) Jeremy Pena, SS HOU, $400k(5Yrs) ARB('26,'27,'28) OPT(3)
2) Isaac Paredes, 1B/3B TB, $400k(5Yrs) ARB('26,'27,'28) OPT(4)
The Rays place King and Sears on the Bench, and Nevin and Oliva on the Reserves roster.
