Justin Topa, RP SEA is signed to a 4yr $500k deal and is placed on the active roster.
As a result, Warming Bernabel 6yr $400k ARB ('27, '28, '29) OPT 3* is released and the Rockies will buy out the deal in it's entirety.
Since Bernabel was on the reserve roster, Bailey Falter is moved from the active roster to the reserve roster and he uses his 2024 option (3*)
