The Astros activate Matt Andriese (SP - TB) - $0.4m (3 Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(3) from the DL and place him on the active roster.
To make room for for Andriese on the active roster, the Astros demote Austin Barnes (C - LAD) - $0.4m MINORS ARB(-) OPT(*) to the reserve roster. He is on a minors contract so his option has already been exercised

Since Wei-Yin Chen was just activated from the DL, he will be activated from my DL and placed on the active roster. To make room for him on the active roster, Mike Fiers - $1,000,000 (2 Yrs) OPT(2*) will be moved to reserve roster
