I couldn't find any transaction that indicated Freeman was placed on the DL. Just for historical records, Freddie Freeman was placed on the DL

The San francisco giants and Arizona diamondbacks agree to a trade. San Francisco sends adalberto Mejia (5 years left milb). the diamondbacks send Bryan Reynolds (5 years milb).
the giants place Bryan Reynolds on the milb roster.

Giants sign Eric Sogard, 2B, Milwaukee to a 2 year / 400k per year contract. Sogard will be placed on the reserve roster, using up one option, leaving him with 3.

Adam, Please remember that the reserve roster on Fantrax = Bench for FOD. So, no option needed for Sogard until you move him to the minors. He still has 4.

Thanks Kaj, the screw up was I did actually intend to send him to the reserve roster on FOD/use up one option, but when I added him on fantrax, i didnt move him down to my milb roster on fantrax. Either way....i was going to call him up now anyway..  |

The San Francisco Giants sign Yordan Alvarez, 1B, Houston, to a 6-year MILB contract. The signing bonus was $10.5m. The Giants place him on their MILB roster.
To make room, Jefry Marte, 1B, LAA was released from the minor league squad. He had 5 years remaining.
