Yankees sign ARZ OF Oswaldo Arcia for 600 k x 3 years Arb(-) Opt(4) he is placed on the reserve roster exercising 2017 option so is now 3*.
Yankees waive CHW OF Rymer Liriano and will eat the 3 mil left on his contrsct (1m x 3 years) immediately if not claimed.

Yankees claim JJ Hoover off waivers and his contract 600k x 1 year Arb (-) opt (4) and place him on active roster. JJ brings a good K/9 and can hopefully help in the holds category.
Yankees place MIL SP Matt Garza on DL to make room

Yankees promote BAL SP Dylan Bundy 3m x 5 years arb(-) opt(3*)
Yankees demote SD C Austin Hedges 1m x 5 years arb(-) opt(2*)
Simple move to get Bundy in for the week. Had a good outing against the Yanks last week, hoping he can do it again. Depending on how things shape up lineup and performance wise, we could see Zunino get a crack as soon as this evening.

Yankees call up (finally) NYY OF Aaron Hicks 1mil x 5 Opt(2*)
Demote LAD OF Yasiel Puig 6 mil x 5 years Opt(3*) excersising his 2017 option. I dont mind if he hits .167, but that needs to come with atleast 1 homer. Hopefully he can figure it out this next week.
