1. The Trade Deadline has been changed to the following: 23:59 ET on July 31st for all seasons.
2. Prize Pool changes post-FANTRAX move:
Changes are as follows
FANTRAX fee: $90 ($80 + State Sales Tax)
Leaves a prize pool of $910
1st: $410
2nd: $210
3rd: $130
4th: $110
Second chance playoffs: $50
3. The BUYOUT rule establishes dates when buyouts are open and closed, and establishes that players are not to go through the waivers process. The BUYOUT period will open May 1st each season and will close after our WS (when a league winner is declared).
4. Trade Veto Procedure has been established for the league:
Step 1: Commissioner gets 3 complaints about a trade.
Step 2: Commissioner makes the league aware of this.
Step 3: The teams involved in the trade have 72 Hours to make their case. If nothing is posted, it will be assumed that they have nothing to add.
Step 4: A Vote takes place on whether to approve of the trade or not.
12 votes against are required to Veto a trade.
**No team that isn't involved in the trade may make comments about the validity of the deal. They are simply to vote yes or no.
5. The bottom four teams will now be placed in the Draft Order Generator (http://www.draftordergenerator.com/) to determine the Draft placements for the top 4 draft positions.
6. The finals of the playoffs will now be 2 weeks long, maintaining 1 week match-ups until finals.
7. The punishment for failing to exceed 35 IP in a weekly matchup (70 IP in the 2 week championship) was changed. The new penalty for failing to exceed 35 IP in a weekly matchup is automatic losses in ERA and WHIP for that week. Exceptions may be made in certain situations (the owner in jeopardy of violating the rule MUST contact the commissioners to explain his situation)
