You can place him on your active roster, if you have room, otherwise you'd need to claim and waive someone to remain at or below 27. "4. During the off-season signing period rosters may be maintained below 27 until the pre-season verification takes place. However, rosters may still not exceed 27 players." |

Thank you- i was uncertain if a guy who was physically incapable of playing- had to be rostered prior to the season..
Dodgers, if possible, withdraw their claim..
If not- i will figure something out..
