I don't think it requires a vote. I'm was asking the commissioner to review a situation and make a change. This because the unprecedented event where we had a GM review a transaction retroactively because of personal vindictive motives.
But I'm good, I think I’ll just watch baseball from here on. It doesn’t sound like I have the time required or the competitive drive for this league. Good luck guys.

First, I think we need to clear something up regarding 'retroactively' changing a transaction. While you the signed the player a little over 12 hours after the deadline, I was notified of the infraction the night before (after the 48 hours you had to sign the player expired). Because I was busy at the time and unable to notify you of the infraction and/or enforce the rule, I told Rox I would take care of it the next day. So while it's unfortunate that you had posted the signing, I was aware of the infraction prior to that.
Second, I have stated many, many times now that I'm all for tweaking the rules to allow owners 5 days to sign a player after winning him in an auction. I really can't understand how that doesn't address your concerns... again, 5 days is PLENTY of time to post a signing, especially if you have the time to bid on players in auctions every 48 hours.
Honestly, it sounds like you're wanting us to change the rules without voting on it as a league, and in a way that other owners have explicitly stated they don't want. If that is the case, then no, I'm definitely not going to do that. I feel that I have tried plenty to accommodate you, and there really isn't anything that I can do to make you happy outside of enforcing your proposal without any type of vote. I'm sorry that this situation happened, but I'm not really sure what you're wanting me to do.

Chiming in here. This thread is 6 pages long so obviously some people have some strong feelings on this topic. Let's just go to a poll. Thats how changes in the league have gone thus far and should continue to go.
Side note...It sounds like Yankees is threatening to boycott or quit the league if his change isn't made. Let's be adults about this. I am sure there are several owners who proposed ideas to improve the league, but were ultimately turned down in the polls by the league. I have yet to see someone quit after their idea gets shot down. Don't be THAT guy Yankees.
