When is our draft and how does it work? How long do you have to make the pick?

TJ, I think last year it was a few days after the signing deadline for the draftees.. The 2017 class has around a month to sign with teams I believe, or something close to that.
12hrs per pick has been the norm for past drafts.

The draft will be run on Proboards and teams will have 12 hrs per pick. I'll send out a message with more details (including when the draft will start) as we get closer. Good question!

TJ and Jarrod, You are correct on the timing of the draft (July 15). However, you only have a week after the draft end date to post the signing of the players and make other roster moves to open up positions for those players. Any players not signed (posted) are open to FA bidding on the eighth day.

Good to know about the 1 week limit fantasy wise though, thanks!

Yeah as TJ said I was talking about the actual players (real life) have around a month to sign after they are drafted. Last year we waited until after the signing deadline in case some players didn't sign.
