The Astros sign Will Harris (RP - HOU) to a $1m (3 Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(-) contract. Harris is placed on the active roster.
To make room for Harris on the active roster, the Astros demote Austin Barnes - $0.4m (6 yrs) ARB('21-'23) OPT(4) to the reserve roster.
To make room for Barnes on the reserve roster, the Astros waive Aaron Brooks (P - MIL) - $0.4m (2 Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(2).
Barnes' option is not exercised yet as final verification has not yet taken place

To make room for Fisher, Marisnick is demoted to the reserve roster.
