The Rockies promote SP/RP Drew Pomeranz - SDP from the reserve roster to the active starting roster..
The Rockies demote SP Ivan Nova - NYY from the active starting roster to the reserve roster and use on of his 4 options available. Nova is left with 3 options for 2016.

The Rockies promote RP Danny Farquhar, TB from the reserve roster to the active starting roster..
The Rockies demote RP Andrew Bailey - PHI from the active roster to the reserve roster and use on of his 4 options available. Bailey is left with 3 options for 2016.

The Colorado Rockies waive Carter Capps from the reserve roster and his 6yr/1m contract.. The Rockies purchased injury insurance during the pre-season, so the contract is voided and 1m is deducted from the cap.
AJ Pollock is demoted to the reserve roster and uses one of his 4 options leaving him with 3 taking Capps place.
Trevor Story is promoted from the minors to the active roster on a Minors-1 400K contract and takes Pollock's spot on the active roster. $400k is added to the cap expenses..

Parra takes Kinsler's spot on the active roster and Devin Williams will be added to the minor league roster.

The Rockies have promoted Relief Pitchers Blake Treinen - WAS and Michael Blazek from the Reserve Roster to the active roster.
The Rockies demoted Dae Ho Lee, 1B - SEA using one of his 4 options (3 remaining) and RP- Danny Farquhar, RP - TB (2 options remaining).

The Rockies sign Kelly Johnson, 2B/OF ATL to a 1yr/$400k contract with no options.. He will be placed on the active roster..
The Rockies place Charlie Blackmon on the DL and demote Zach McCallister to the reserve roster to take Charlie Blackmon's place.. He will have 3 options remaining.

The Rockies have signed SP, Chris Flexen - NYM to a minors contract of 6yr with a $250k signing bonus..
The Rockies also signed SP, Enyel De Los Santos - SDP to a minors contract of 6yr with a $50k signing bonus..
$300,000 will be charged to the Rockies cap.
*EDIT 5/15/2016: Enyel De Los Santos was already signed by the Chicago Cubs.. Therefore, the Rockies are not able to roster De Los Santos and $50k will be added back to the cap.
