The Rockies promote SP, Sean Manaea OAK from the minors and assign him a $400k 1yr- Minors (-) ARB (-) OPT contract and release OF Melvin Upton Jr. and his $400k/1yr contract

The Rockies call up Ivan Nova, SP NYY to the active roster from the reserve roster and demote RP, Zach McCallister CLE to the reserve roster.. McCallister has already exercised his option for 2016

Rox release Jake Peavy, SP SFG and his 2yr/$400k contract.. The rockies will buy the entirety of the contract in 2016..
Mike Clevinger, SP CLE will be called up from the minors and placed on the active roster.. He will have a Minors-1 contract.

Rox release Andrew Bailey, RP PHI and his 1yr/$400k contract. He will be removed from the reserve roster.
Blake Treinen, RP WAS will be demoted to the reserve roster (his 2016 option has already been exercised)
Joaquin Beniot will be activated from the disabled list and will take Blake Treinens spot on the active roster.

The Rockies trade.. OF Adam Eaton and Grant Holmes to Philidelphia.. They also trade the #19 overall pick in the 2016 draft to Cleveland..
The Rockies receive Clint Frazier, OF - CLE.. Isan Diaz, SS MIL.. Ryon Haley, 1B OAK.. 2016 2nd round pick #39 overall
Michael Fulmer has been promoted a to the major league roster and assigned a Minors-1 contract
Dae Ho Lee has been demoted from the reserve roster
Matt Boyd has been promoted to the active roster and will replace Adam Eaton on the active roster.
