Austin Dean is not on a minors-1 contract. Cubs has not submitted his team for verification yet, which was a requirement before the trades are post. This was an example of why. If Cubs resigns Austin Dean his contract will be $400k (6 Yr) ARB('22, '23, '24) OPT(4)

Chill man, easy fix. Dodgers already handled a pair of easy fixes this morning concerning a lack of clarity on J2 stuff.

Suggestion- don’t permit ANY teams to add players via any kinda of free agency until everybody is verifiied.
