With the approval of the Tigers/Rockies trade Mason Denaburg and Jon Duplantier are moved to the minors and Jose Suarez is left on the active roster for the time being (taking Marte's spot)

**Correction from above, Suarez is moved from the active roster to the reserve roster. Josh Fuentes,3B COL is cut as the Rockies were at 41 minors after the trade completed.

James Paxton is signed to a 6yr $10m contract.. To make room, John Curtiss, RP MIN is waived. He has 2 guaranteed contract years left at $400k 2opt. Ryan Tepara, RP TOR is optioned to the reserve roster in Curtiss' empty spot (uses 2019 option will have 2 remaining).
Tahnaj Thomas, SP PIT is signed to a 6yr MiLB contract with a signing bonus of $1m. Kyler Murray is waived to make room.

Ryan Tepara, RP TOR is optioned to the reserve roster in Curtiss' empty spot (uses 2019 option will have 2 remaining).
