Kyle Zimmer, RP KC is signed to a 6yr MiLB deal with a signing bonus of $2m, Aaron Hernandez RP LAA will be released from the MiLB roster to make room.
Chris Paddack SP SDP is promoted from the minors and given a $400k Minors-1 contract, Russell Martin, C LAD is waived to make room. Rockies will be on the hook for his remaining two years which will be spread over two years. Jared Young 1B CHC is signed to a 6yr MiLB deal with a signing bonus of $150k and will take Paddacks place.

Taylor Cole, RP LAA is released.. he is on a Minors-1 contract so no cap charge will be applied.. Jesus Tinoco, RP COL is franchised and is placed on a Minors-1 contract.

Nick Goody RP CLE will be released.. Goody has 5yrs $600k remaining on his contract.. Goody's cap hit will be spread among the life of the contract.
Trey Wingenter, RP SDP will be promoted and assigned a Minors-1 contract once the trade completes and takes Goody's place on the reserve roster.
Jimmy Nelson, SP MIL will be optioned to the reserve roster (using his 2019 option) and Trey Wingeneter will take his place once the trade completes. Nelson will remain on the active roster until the trade is completed.
