The Rays and Phillies have agreed to the following trade:

The Rays trade:
1) Gabriel Rodriguez, SS CLE, 5-year minors contract
2) Raimfer Salinas, OF NYY, 4-year minors contract

The Phillies trade:
1) Buck Farmer, RP DET, $.4M(2Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(4)
2) Matthew Lugo, SS BOS, 5-year minors contract
