The Rays sign Jose Iglesias, SS COL, to a $400k(2Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(-) contract and place him on the Bench.
To make room the Rays waive Ehire Adrianza, OF WAS, and his $400k(1Yr) ARB(-) OPT(1)* contract. They then move Jace Peterson, 1B/2B/OF MIL, from the Bench to the Reserves, using this year's Option, making it (3)* for 2022.

The Rays waive Chih-Jung Liu, P BOS, and his 4-year minors contract to make room.

The Rays trade Zach Eflin, SP PHI, $2M(6Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(3)*
The Rangers trade Gavin Sheets, 1B/OF CHW, and his 1-year minors contract.
The Rays sign Sheets to a 1-MINORS $400k(1Yr) ARB(-) OPT(*) contract and place him on the Reserves roster.

The Rays trade Adael Amador, SS COL and his 4-year minors contract to the A's.
The A's trade Vladimir Gutierrez, P CIN and his $400k(6Yr) ARB('25,'26,'27) OPT(3)* contract to the Rays.
The Rays will place Gutierrez on the Reserves roster once the trade is completed.

The Rays trade DL Hall, P BAL, and his 1-year minors contract to the O's.
The O's trade J P Crawford, SS SEA, and his $1.4M(3Yrs) ARB(*,'23,'24) OPT(0)* contract to the Rays.
The Rays will place Crawford on the Bench, and waive Nick Ahmed, SS AZ, and his $400k(2Yrs) ARB(-) OPT(-) contract, buying out the contract for $800k total when the trade goes through.
