That is accurate. Please refer to the MLB Draft boards for the most up to date draft order. Fantrax has been unreliable in the past with keeping everything in order.

In order to correct the previous trade because the Rays had traded their 3.08 pick to BAL back in Aug 2021:
The Rays trade draft pick 4.02 back to the Dodgers
The Dodgers trade Josh Lindblom and draft pick 3.08 back to the Rays.
