The Phillies and Rays agree to the following trade:

The Phillies trade:

1) David Villar, 3B SF, $400k(6Yrs) ARB('26,'27,'28) OPT(3)*

2) Aaron Zavala, OF TEX, and his 4-year minors contract

3) Cole Wilcox, P TB, and his 1-year minors contract

4) His 2.16 2023 draft pick

The Rays trade:

1) Estuery Ruiz ,OF OAK, 1-MINORS $400k(1Yr) ARB(-) OPT(*)

2) Jeffrey Springs, P TB, $400k(1Yr) ARB(-) OPT(4)
