This amendment is to clarify the rules in our constitution related to optioning players to and from the Reserves roster. Once demoted or promoted from the Reserves roster, the player must remain on the Active or Reserves roster for 7 days. Injured players are still eligible to be moved to the IR.

The penalty for failure to comply with this rule shall be as follows:

1st offense = warning and a 24 hour period to correct
Future offenses = $1 million fine

In the event that a team has exhausted his cap space then he shall lose his 3rd round. Future offenses will result in loss of his 2nd round then 1st round picks.
