Rockies move Jacob Barnes, RP MIL from the reserve roster to the active roster.

Yu Darvish moved to the active roster and Mike Clevinger will be demoted to the reserve roster. Bedrosian has already used his 2017 option.

For the time being, David Phelps will be demoted to the reserve roster to make room for Starling Marte. Starling Marte has been placed on the active roster.
Once the Shields trade goes through I'll make more moves tomorrow.. Please ignore the comment regarding Shields/Marte move

Rockies 40 man roster is 1 short of 40, so Paul DeJong, UTIL STL will be promoted and assigned a minors-1 contract.. He will be assigned to the reserve roster.
