1. Once players have cleared waivers without being claimed, the waiving team will have the option of a 100% buyout, has to be all at once as voted upon in a league constitution poll.

CardsGM (Mat): For those already working on 2021 rosters, remember the ARB increases. (Arb 1 = $1.4M, Arb 2 = $2.9M) Just noticed it cost me $5.5M in increases, so they're having intended effect.

DodgersGM (Stephen): Given this is a contract league- are we better served proceeding with a FYPD draft, a J2 draft, and just icing the season. This is a detailed league, and it’s pretty clear for the 2020 season- MLB is putting everything out the window.

DodgersGM (Stephen): if a fantasy team loses a starter or two corona virus, then what? Force promotion of woefully unprepared prospects to meet an innings cap. Just something to consider as this train wreck baseball season proceeds. What if a pro decides not to play?
