The BUYOUT rule needs to be refined by being entered into the constitution, to include dates when buyouts are open and closed, and a separate section for buyouts will be created since the players are not to go through the waivers process in this case. They immediately become free agents. We'll vote on the dates for closing and opening after the WS.

Proposed Options:

1. Open May 1st, Close after our WS (when a league winner is declared).
2. Open Jun 1st, Close after our WS (when a league winner is declared).
3. Open May 1st, Close at the same time as trading closing.
