Cardinals will pay all that he is owed in 2019, so $1.5M total.

Cardinals waive P RANDALL DELGADO CHW who was owed $0.5M 3 yrs, ARB(-) OPT(-). Cardinals will pay all that he is owed in 2019, so $1.5M total. Contract buyouts do not open until 5/1, so the $0.5m will have to be spread out over the 3 years. |

Cardinals demote Emilio Pagan (RP-TB) to the reserve roster and place Shawn Armstrong (RP-SEA) on the IL.
Cardinals demote James Pazos (RP-PHI) to reserve roster and promote Shane Carle (RP-ATL) to active roster from reserve roster. Pazos uses an option and now has 3 remaining.
