Cardinals waive minor leaguers Jhon Torres (STL OF) 6 yrs, Ricky De La Torre (SS MIN) 4 yrs, Griffin Roberts (P STL) 6 yrs, and reserve Shane Carle (RP ATL) who is owed $400K through 2021 unless picked up by other team.
